Facade cleaning above the water
We cleaned a facade above the water for our client Broersma Schoonmaak in Leeuwarden. We specialise in maintenance work at locations that are difficult to reach. Our industrial abseiling techniques offer a safe and efficient maintenance solution for locations above water where no scaffolding or aerial work platform can be installed. Working safely at height
Rope access is the safest way to work at height from above. A.T.I. Abseiltechnieken works exclusively according to IRATA and VCA guidelines. This means that all our personnel are trained to perform work at locations that are difficult to reach. Statistics collected worldwide by IRATA since the association’s inception show that the work/(near) accident ratio with rope access work is almost zero. Especially when compared with conventional aerial work methods.
Time savings
The required abseiling materials and tools are often easy to take to the work site. Once on site, the ropes can be installed at the appropriate anchor points and our rope access techniques allow us to quickly position ourselves at the desired location. Compared to erecting and dismantling scaffolding or deploying a crane, this is a huge time saver.
