Factory cleaning Zwolle by Abseiltechnieken, working safely at height
In collaboration with Dolmans Calamiteiten, A.T.I Abseiltechnieken carried out a thorough cleaning after a small fire in Buisman’s transfer warehouse. This involved cleaning the entire steel structure, machines and walls.
Advantages for the client
Because this involved a transhipment of food products, as little material as possible had to be brought in, which could threaten hygiene. At such times, it is safer and faster to use rope access than, for example, bringing in scaffolding material. In addition, rope access also makes it a lot more advantageous for all parties.

Hygienic working method at height
In a hygienic environment such as the food industry, high demands are placed on all necessary resources for maintenance work. One of the many advantages of industrial abseiling techniques is that one needs very few (labour) resources to carry out work at height. So there is no need to drag scaffolding parts or drive in aerial platforms which often create unhygienic situations. Apart from the necessary tools for maintenance work, ropes and abseiling materials, our rope access technicians do not need much else to carry out the work. Furthermore, they always adapt their work clothes and PPE to the working environment in order to work as hygienically and safely as possible.
