On behalf of SC Heerenveen, ATI Abseiltechnieken installed safety nets around the away section for visiting supporters. As the nets have to be mounted in the roof of the stadium above the stands, this is very difficult to reach for an aerial platform, among other things. Our industrial abseiling techniques provide a safe solution for mounting the nets at height. After carefully measuring everything, the nets were delivered to size by Nettenspecilaist J. van Dijk en zn. Our rope access technicians were then able to assemble the safety nets at height. They could easily position themselves at the steel construction and carry out the work from there.
Advantages of rope access
Quality of safety always guaranteed
A.T.I. abseil techniques works exclusively according to IRATA guidelines. Our company and staff are both IRATA and VCA certified. Like the VCA safety system, the IRATA safety system ensures the safety and well-being of people and the environment. IRATA stands
for International Rope Access Trade Association, they continuously work to make rope access work and its members safer. Our employees are also continuously trained and updated to maintain the quality of safety and improve it where necessary.
Working safely at height
Rope access is the safest way to work at height. A.T.I. Abseiltechnieken works exclusively according to IRATA and VCA guidelines. This means that all our personnel are trained to perform work at locations that are difficult to reach. Statistics collected worldwide by IRATA since the association’s inception show that the work/(near) accident ratio with rope access work is almost zero. Especially when compared with conventional aerial work methods.
